Screen from our Trencadís collection for use with a cup and a candle. This Catalan term designates a mosaic made of pieces of ceramic tiles —usually abstract in design— characteristic of modernist architecture and in particular of the work of Gaudí. In the illustration, a detail of the trencadís of the planter that is located in the courtyard of the main floor of Casa Batlló has been used.
