Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately once an order is placed we're unable to cancel the order. when you recieve the order you're welcome to make a return with us, as long as your items meet our returns criteria.

What are the shipping options?
We offer Auspost Standard Shipping and Express Shipping.
We also offer free local in-store pickup. In-store info here.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we are only offering DOMESTIC delivery within Australia. Sorry for any inconveniences, we are hoping to ship international soon!
How much does shipping cost?
- Standard Shipping: AU$8.95
- Express Shipping AU$11.95

How long does it take to deliver?
We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 12pm AEST (or next business day) excluding public holidays*.
Within NSW -
- Metro: up to 2 business days.
- Country: up to 5 business days.
Sending interstate -
- Metro: up to 3-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points.
- Country: can take more than 6 business days.
- Next business day delivery within the Express Post Network.
*Public Holidays in which we do not ship; New Year's Day (1/1), Aus Day (27/1), Easter Weekend, Anzac Day (25/4) Queen's Birthday (8/6), Christmas day & Boxing Day (25-26/12).
Can I track my order?
Yes, you should receive an email from Australia Post when they have processed your order, with a tracking number and/or tracking link.

How do I know if my order has been delivered, I think it might be lost!
Has my order been delivered?
You will be able to find the delivery details of your order in the email sent by us or Australia Post when your order was dispatched. If you cannot find this information or run into any other troubles feel free to contact us here.
If your order has been delivered to your address but you are unable to find it please check your surrounding areas for the order to see if the driver might have put it in a safe place where it's not visible from the street.
You do not need to sign for your deliveries from Late September as we do not offer signature upon delivery for item/s shipped from us.
I think my order is lost-
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you lodge an investigation to find out what has happened.
Can my order be send to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?
Yes! only within Australia.
Can i change my address?
Once an order has been placed in our system you cannot change the address. However there is a small window from the time you place the order to the point it is ready to be shipped out that we can try and update the address for you.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item/s?
If you wish to return any items please get in contact with us here.
Please provide your order number, and the item/s you are returning (if there was more than one item in your order).
How long do i have to return an item?
Your return must be lodged or initiated within 30 days of receiving your items.
Return and refund conditions
Items returned must be unworn and in the condition you received them in.
Any items returned without a tag, in poor condition or not intitiated within the 30 day time frame are not eligible for a refund.
How will I be refunded?
You will receive a refund in the form of a store credit.
it may take up to 10 days when we receive your items back to process them and refund you, look out for updates in your inbox!

We are located at the foot of the beautiful Blue Mountains, in Glenbrook. Just an hours drive from Sydney.

How do I purchase a Gift Card?

How do Gift Cards work?
When you fulfill an order with a gift card, you should an email that contains a unique gift card code that they can use at checkout to redeem its value.
It is then up to you to forward the gift card to the recipient via email.
Gift Cards do not work through third party payment providers ie. Paypal etc.

How do I use my Gift Card?
It's really easy!
The email you receive your Gift Card in contains a unique code. Make sure not to give this code to anyone!
Copy that code into the discounts box at checkout.
Can a Gift Card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
Can more than one Gift Card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.
How can I check my balance?
Customers can't check their own gift card balance, but we can check the balance and send you the information.

Can a Gift Card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

Discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards.
Can Gift Cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
