When are the shipping options?

We offer AusPost standard and express shipping, as well as Local In-Store pickup.

Where do you ship to?

We are currently only offering Domestic delivery within Australia. We do hope to ship internationally soon, sorry for any inconvenience!

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping: $12.50
Express Shipping: $16.00

How long does it take to deliever?

We aim to have all orders shipped the next business day after the order has been placed.
Standard Shipping:
Within NSW - Metro up to 2 business days, Rural up to 5 business days.
Interstate - Metro up to 3-6 business days, Rural can take more than 6 business days.
Express Shipping:
Next business day delivery within the Express Post Network.
We do not ship on public holidays: New Year's Day (1/1), Australia Day (26/1), Easter Weekend, Anzac Day (25/4), Queen's Birthday (8/6), Christmas Day & Boxing Day (25-26/12).

Can I track my order?

Yes, you should receive an email from Australia Post when they have processed your order, with a tracking number and/or tracking link. If you have your tracking number you can track your order here.

How do I know if my order has been delievered, I think it might be lost!

Has my order delivered?
You will be able to find the delivery details of your order in the email sent by us or Australia Post when your order was dispatched. If you cannot find this information or run into any other troubles feel free to contact us here. 
If your order has been delivered to your address but you are unable to find it please check your surrounding areas for the order to see if the driver might have put it in a safe place where it's not visible from the street. You do not need to sign for your deliveries from Late September as we do not offer signature upon delivery for item/s shipped from us. 
My order is lost.
Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you lodge an investigation to find out what has happened.

Can I change my address?

If for some reason you need too change the address you submitted for delivery, please contact us straight away. Once an order has been placed in our system you cannot change the address. However there is a small window from the time you place the order to the point it is ready to be shipped out that we can try and update the address for you.

How do I return my item/s?

If you wish to return any items please get in contact with us. Please provide your order number, and the item/s you are returning (if there was more than one item in your order).

Return and Refund conditions

Items must be returned unworn and in the condition you recieved them in.
Any items returned without tags, in poor condition or not returned within the 30 day time frame are not eligible for a refund.

How will I be refunded?

You will recieve a refund in the form of store credit. It may take up to 10 days for when we recieve your items to process them and refund you. Look out for updates in your inbox!
